London Lille Train

Lille is one of the most stimulating and important cities of Europe. It is the fourth largest city in France and a great place to visit because of its many monuments and museums. The Lille metro too is worth a look as it features some really interesting underground art on its walls.

The French king Louis XIV built a citadel here to fortify its defences. This citadel is still used by the French Army and can be visited by the general public only by special arrangement. Reaching Lille from London is both easy and convenient – it is a short 1 hour and 40 minutes journey by Eurostar.
