Cheap – Several airlines offer cheap air tickets

Hassle – Even though the flight does not take time, you still have to get to/from the airport and this will take additional time and money, not to mention the hassle. You will also have to check-in well in advance.
At the end of the day, you may find that flying ends up costing as much as a Eurostar ticket, owing to all the ‘hidden costs’ and also takes more time overall, if you consider the local commute and all the waiting.

You can take a lot of baggage with you and even take your car

Long and tedious journey that takes about 9 hours and requires you to change several times
